

YOGA BOOKING FORM
To make a booking for a Yoga class please enter your information below.
Please arrive at least 5mins early to settle in for your first class. Mats and props are provided, however you may BYO if you like.
Payment for class is collected on arrival, please bring cash or card or you may request an invoice for direct deposit transfer, please advise this in advance. ($2 surcharge applies to card payment).
Please provide a minimum of 4hours notice to cancel your booking or you may be charged for your class.
We will do our utmost to insure you are safe through all the practices of Yoga. However, you will need to be personally responsible for yourself during the class. This means to listen to the feedback your body and mind are giving you and rest accordingly.
If you are feeling pain or become dizzy or breathless it is a sign to back off and either rest or approach the practice more gently. There may be moments of slight discomfort and intensity as you move your body in new ways, deepen your breath, and learn the art of concentration, but there should never be any sharp painful sensations.
Discipline in Yoga means to apply yourself wholeheartedly to the process of Yoga with awareness and self-respect. It does not mean force or to go against your own bodily feedback. If anything in these classes doesn’t feel right for you, then by all means abstain from doing it.
