Join us for deeply transformative yoga classes within a climate controlled yoga temple, that offers a "Radiant Light " style combination of Hatha, Vinyasa, strengthening Asana holds, Restorative poses and Pranayama (breathing exercises) allowing you to explore your body and your inner being on a deep level.
BYO your own mat if you have one, spares and all other props are provided. We like to offer hands on adjustments in some poses ensuring proper alignment and to assist the body to surrender and release.
Classes are 75mins, with up to 10 students per class and conclude with guided relaxation (Savasana), a short meditation and a herbal tea.
Classes available for all levels - beginners very much welcome.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
RADIANT FLOW
9.00am Fridays
In this class we move a little more swiftly through a combination of waming the body through Vinyasa, and then moving into building strength and stability.
The opportunity to hold poses and go deep are also added throughout the flow.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners looking to increase fitness and flexibilty.
Personalized care and attention to each student is taken to ensure poses are adapted to the person. There are a variety of options for students to either challenge or take it easy accommodating all levels.
SLOW FLOW
9.00am Wednesdays
4.45pm Thursdays
This slow, easeful, yet strengthening class provides an opportunity for students to explore each Asana (pose) more slowly and deeply, learning the important foundations for a safe yoga practice.
Suitable for beginners, or experienced students that enjoy a slower paced practice.
As we explore the body, poses can be modified to the person finding variations to suit every individuals needs. Class often ends with some Restorative Yoga to de-stress the nervous system and relax the whole self.
RESTORATIVE FLOW
5.00pm Fridays

The perfect way to end the week. A very gentle and earth based class, flowing through a combination of restful Yoga positions to deeply relax the body and mind.

Time is spent in each pose allowing the physical body space to let go of tension and the soul to be nourished with stillness.
​
Each student receives the utmost care to ensure optimum relaxation is obtained. An ideal class for those that need to balance busy active lifestyles, with deep rest.
No experience necessary, all props are provided for your comfort.
CHAIR YOGA
Wed 10.45am
(1hr $18 casual or $90 for 6 x classes)
Chair Yoga is the ideal class for seniors or less mobile students wishing to practice yoga, but find a normal class too strenuous. This is also a great class for those with or recovering from injury, ill health or surgery.
You will learn yogic breathing techniques, develop better body wisdom and increase strength and flexibility of the muscles and joints.
The chair and the wall are used as support to keep you safe and stable, while we explore gentle yoga poses.

Ability to lay down on the floor is NOT a requirement, with relaxation being guided while seated for some.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
If attending a class isn't right for you, you are recovering from health issues or injury, or if you simply would like one on one assistance and guidance establishing a yoga regime for at home, then a private session is ideal.
Options to share the cost with a group of friends, a colleague or include the whole family. Wellness coaching can also be included in the sessions.
We can highly recommend a one-on-one private session for those completely new to yoga or those recovering from injury or illness, or those that shy away from class environments.
